While helping numerous organizations of all size and shape in modernizing their digital engagement platforms, we had up-close view of some of the struggles facing their marketing and technology teams: disparate marketing eco-system, fragmented customer data and siloed processes and insights were still holding them back from providing customer experience tailored to their user's individual needs and situation.
And so, we decided to build a platform that helps solve that problem and brings synergy across their marketing technology eco-system.
